A $1,000,000 construction and design firm
that’s overexposed to one large client finds himself
heavily dependant on that client. As the client loses
significant market shares to its competitors, the
construction firm received delays, project
cancellations, and other cancelled contracts previously
agreed on. Long in short, the construction and design
firm was in a significant cash crunch position.
What we did:
We helped them review their current strategy, reduce
their current overhead to position themselves to
recovery, outline the plan to deal with their creditors,
help them develop proposals, arrange short-term

Sales Effectiveness
Situation:
A privately held consulting firm discovered that
they were very effective at getting into potential
clients and was very effective at extending and
up-selling projects with existing clients, but was
ineffective at building relationships and getting
projects out of new clients.
What we did:
We developed a sales process that bridged the gap from
making a contact to turning them into a long-term client
by providing sales coaching to their head salesperson.
Outcome:
Increased the confidence level of the sales team, as
well as increased the thickness of their pipeline with
more suitable potential clients beyond the first call

An owner of a vending company had received
start-up financing, but subsequently found that they

them clearly identify the financial break-even for
each location, and helped them outline several
marketing campaigns that had the instantaneous
results of tripling their average daily sales
